No Results, No Fee
The referral fee is 35% of the candidate’s expected annual salary per hire.
At our company, the recruitment fee can be paid in installments over a period of up to six months.
By choosing installment payments, the initial cost burden at the time of hiring is reduced, making it easier to adopt our service.
In Case the Referred Employee Resigns
If a candidate introduced by our company is either dismissed due to their own fault or resigns for personal reasons within six months of joining, we offer a refund of the referral fee in accordance with our refund policy.
The referral fee is 35% of the candidate’s expected annual salary per hire.

After 5 months of employment | No refund will be provided
