Processing of personal information
1.Personal information will be handled only by authorized personnel within REAL MANGYAN Co., Ltd., including those in charge of sales, recruitment, coordination, and job matching. The person responsible for managing personal information is Hiroshi Itagaki, the designated Employment Placement Manager. Personal information necessary for employment placement services will be collected either directly from the job seekers or employers, or from third parties with their prior consent. Such information will be stored and used solely for the purpose of providing job application details to potential employers.

2.The Employment Placement Manager will provide training and guidance on the handling of personal information to the personnel listed in item 1 at least once a year. Additionally, the manager shall attend an official training course for Employment Placement Managers at least once every five years.

3.If a job seeker or related individual requests disclosure of their personal information, the personnel responsible will promptly disclose factual information such as qualifications and work history, based on the request. If a request for correction (including deletion) is made and is found to be factually accurate, the correction will be made without delay. The Employment Placement Manager will also ensure that job seekers and related individuals are made aware of the procedures for requesting the disclosure or correction of personal information.

4.In the event of any complaints regarding the handling of personal information, the designated Complaints Officer will respond sincerely and take appropriate action. The person in charge of handling such complaints is Hiroshi Itagaki, the Employment Placement Manager.
